The second session of the Keep Moving Movement was conducted by Ms Harsha and Mr. Pranav. The session began with a reference to Charles Dickens. They cited his example to tell the students how determination and hard work can help you achieve success. Students were then explained, through an example, how everyone has a different perspective of looking at the same thing. Our perspectives should be aligned in such a way so as to achieve success and we do not have to depend on others way of looking at things.

Students were then told about the benefits of meditation. They were taken through the exercises and breathing techniques to relax their body and mind. The session helped the students feel relaxed and refreshed.
