An all excited children of Sr KG and Jr KG went for a picnic on first February and second February, 2018 to Pu La Deshpande garden also known as Japanese garden. The picnic was very special as the children soaked themselves in the nature. They appreciated the beauty of the garden and the fact that it was build on lines of a 300 years old garden in Japan. Children were thrilled to see lush green lawns, colourful flowers, small waterfalls, water streams and ponds. They were delighted to cross small bridges that were made over the streams. They were lucky to see some ducks and lapwings sunbathing near the water bodies. Children rested a while in the wooden Gazebos and quietly observed some elders practicing yoga and meditation in the Gazebos. They were super excited to play in the play area with swings, slides, jungle gyms, merry-go-rounds and many more. They all enjoyed a delicious snack before heading back to school. All children returned in high spirits, relaxed and rejuvenated.
