An International Women’s Day was celebrated on Thursday 8th March 2018, commemorating the political, social and economic achievements of women. Over the decades, the objective of Women’s Day celebration has evolved and embraced culture and ethnicity to emerge as a celebration of appreciation, respect and love towards women. Women’s Day is also celebrated in schools and colleges nowadays and also forms an integral part of the curriculum to spread the awareness of women empowerment, their roles and achievements.

One of the most fundamental ways of letting everyone know about the day and its importance in schools, colleges and other places is Women’s Day speeches and panel discussion. We had with us HR Manager  Ms Rinku Badra, Ms Pooja Mahakale (HR Mgr- Sympac Software), Ms Ketki Bhosale( HR- Mitros Technology Pvt Ltd), Ms. Shraddha Polekar (Reporter- Dainik Prabhat), Ms Inuja Shaikh (Skill Development, Employment & Entrepreneurship Guidance Officer, Pune) and Ms Sushma Kolwankar (Entrepreneur & Business Coach Director, Global Fortune Mission India Pvt Ltd) as some of the women guests as speakers.
